Amarnath Temple Is Lord Shiva Temple Made up of Ice and is located in Jammu and Kashmir at Anantnag district. It is situated in Himalayas of Jammu and Kashmir. Lord Shiva is Worship almost all religious but mainly Most of Hindu religious worship Lord Shiva.
Lord Shiva Linga
The Shiva Lingam is Swayambhu Linga at the Shrine. this lingam is a Natural Made for dropping Water from the Himalayas and freezing water drops from the roof of a cave onto floor formation inside a 40m(130 ft) tall cave at an elevation of 3888m(12756 ft) on the Amarnath Mountain, which has a peak of 5,186 meters. Shiva Lingam is situated with Parvati and Ganesh in two small stalagmite.
History
The book of Rajatarangini refers to Krishaanth or Amarnath. It is believed that in th 11th century CE, Queen Suryamati gifted Trishulas, banalingas and other scared things to this temple.
Details about health for doing the Yatra for Amarnath temple
As Amarnath temple is top height of Himalya so there is problem occurs of oxygen level. There is precautions for the old age people above 70, Asthma problem disease people, Women with a pregnancy of 6 weeks or more are not allowed and Heart patient not allowed.
Only people are allowed to travel yatra are :
👉Age between 13-70.
👉No asthma problem
👉Not pregnant lady after 6 weeks
👉Healthy and fit people
👉Healthy heart no corona disease problem
Before starting Yatra, the government give notifications for strictly checkup health from doctor
